Maine has two green burial cemeteries, where bodies are buried in a natural setting.   This workshop explores an alternative to the expensive rituals of casket, embalming, concrete vault and elaborate headstone.    Sponsored by the Adult Enrichment Committee of Allen Avenue Unitarian Universalist Church, Funeral Consumers Alliance of Maine and the Social Action Committee of Allen Avenue UU.  All are welcome.
